VPD-LES: Variable Power Density Laser Exposure System

Photothermal therapy (PTT) is one of the latest therapy method to cure the cancer. PTT is a technique that convert light into heat energy to kill the cancer cells.


VPD-LES has been designed to help in Photo Thermal Therapy experiments. VPD-LES helps in “Exposing ( for predefined time) the Bio Sample with Variable LASER Power Density ".


Thermal Camera is incorporated for the Thermal Mapping of the exposed sample.

Laser Cutting Machine – Fibre Laser or CO2 Laser options

  

SPPL designs and manufactures the Laser cutting machine, fully customizable, based on Fibre or CO2Laser, with material option to choose while ordering (factory set) – Metals, Acrylic, Leather, Textile, Glass etc. Based on the material, laser power can be specified from 20W to 1000W. Also the sample size can be customized. The machine is built with MS giving a solid and stable structure which protects against vibration, resulting in better quality of cutting / engraving. The machine comes with an inbuilt cooling system, and an exhaust system.

3D Fused Filament Fabrication Single Head / Dual Head INDUSTRIAL PRINTER

  

SPPL designs and manufactures the 3D FFF based Printer which can be single extruder or dual extruder as per requirement. Dual FFF Printer gives flexibility of multicolour in a single build. Cartesian type 3D printer with Precision control through ball screw mechanism using stepper motors. Flexibility of using interchangeable nozzles, the printer is built with 40 mm Aluminium structure to provide a solid and stable structure which protects against vibration, resulting in better quality of printed parts. Further Flexibility of using third party open-source material as well as advance grade OEM Certified Material. Wide variety of materials supported  PLA/ABS/HIPS/PC/ TPU/NYLON/ PETG /ASA/PVA/PP etc.

Drop on Demand (DoD) 3D Printer

  

SPPL designs and manufactures the Drop On Demand 3D printer in which droplets of material are selectively deposited and cured on a build plate. Using photopolymers or wax droplets that cure when exposed to light, objects are built up one layer at a time. Dispenser systems are based on piezo - driven inkjet printing technology. The micro dispenser system is for non-contact dispensing of liquids in single droplets of volume ranges from 20 pl to 380 pl. It is possible to dispense liquids in single droplets or in series of drops with viscosities of 0.4 to 100 mPas.

ALESS : Automatic Laser Exposer & Scanning System

 SPPL designs and manufactures the Automatic Laser Exposure & Scanning System for automatically controlling the Laser exposure location as well as Laser Exposure time. Customer can use “Well Plate and Petri Dish" for the sample and it can be exposed to Laser beam at predefined time and location.

We provide 12/24/96 well plate configuration with necessary collimator as per Well plate exposure diameter. Our system is user friendly with touch screen allowing user to input the number of wells and exposure time so that the unit provides with a Perpendicular Laser Beam Diameter covering each well diameter (one at a time) containing the cells at the bottom and filled with 100-200 microliters of media (max 60% of well height). A fibre coupled laser in the NIR band is used.

Free Space Optics Communications – FSOC

  

SPPL designs, develops and manufactures the outdoor unit FSO communications setup, supporting 10 Gbps, with auto alignment feature complying to Make in India directive with more than 60% Indian Content. FSOC can deliver a wireless-access solution for quick deployment and with more bandwidth capacity, security features, and less power consumption than traditional point-to-point microwave links. With FSO, a high-power laser source converts data into laser pulses and sends them through a lens system and into the atmosphere. The laser travels to the other side of the link and goes through a receiver lens system. A high-sensitivity photo detector then converts these laser pulses back into electronic data that can be processed. Our system supports two optical channels, one at 1550 nm IR wavelength for data transmission and the other channel at 785 nm wavelength for implementing auto-tracking feature.
